Catering Information

The New Lohr's Family Restaurant and Catering Service is owned and operated by Chef David Jones and Family. Having grown up in the Restaurant and Catering business in North Carolina gives David an exceptional ability to plan menus designed specifically for the individual client's event. He uses beautiful, fresh foods that are prepared and displayed using imagination professionally from start to finish.

Our culinary and events staff can help plan your next event from start to finish. We can provide all the food, drinks, tables, tents, flowers, etc. that are needed. The staff that will attend to all of the needs of your event are properly trained and will arrive dressed appropriately for the occasion.

Allow Lohr's Family Restaurant and Catering Service to provide you with a personalized party, reception, family gathering, or meal at your next business meeting or training event (breakfast, lunch or dinner). We can accommodate a group of 40 in our private banquet room at the restaurant or bring a party of any size to the location of your choice.

Agreement Terms

A firm guest count is required 10 business days prior to the date of the function. Thereafter the contracting party will pay Lohr's Restaurant and Catering Service for the number of contracted reservations regardless if any less than that number is served. Any increase in the guest count thereafter will only be permitted by Lohr's Restaurant and Catering with additional charges. If the actual number of attending guests exceeds the number of contracted, the Client will be responsible for the extra guests at the contracted per guest agreement price.

Any payment made by check will be subject to any and all NSF fees associated with any returned checks or stopped payments at the rate for such fees from our financial institution.

Your function may be cancelled at any time at your discretion, but all cancellations will be subject to the existing cancellation policy implied herein. If you choose to cancel your function within 90 days from your contracted date, then you will be subject to a loss of 100% of your deposit included with your contract. If you choose to cancel your function outside of the 90 days from your contracted date then you will be subject to a loss of 50% of your deposit included with your contract.

The contracted function date may be changed outside of the 90 days from the original date, as well as the new date, at no additional charge, as long as that date is still available with Lohr's. If you choose to change your date either within that 90 day time frame or your new date is within that 90 day time frame, then there will be a $250 date change fee imposed on top of your normal contracted amount, as long as that new date is available at Lohr's.
